Here’s what to expect from the London Home Show and Shared Ownership Week 2024.

What is the London Home Show?

2024 marks 11 years of the London Home Show, the number one event for first time buyers looking to get on the property ladder in London and the Home Counties. To date, we’ve had over 70,000 attendees and look forward to welcoming even more at our autumn 2024 edition

Following the success of our spring event, the Lonon Hom Show is back on Saturday 28th September from 10am-5pm at the QEII Centre in Westminster. This will be our 20th live event, and we have an incredible lineup of exhibitors, speakers and live sessions in store. It’s a free event, just make sure to register for your ticket here if you wish to attend.

What is Shared Ownership Week?

Shared Ownership Week is an annual event to raise awareness and celebrate the benefits of Shared Ownership, a buying scheme that can help first time buyers get on the property ladder by purchasing a share in their home. This year, it’s running from Wednesday 25th September to Tuesday 1st October, and the event partners will be available for you to speak to at the London Home Show.

The London Home Show and Shared Ownership Week aim to provide first time buyers with the information they need to make their homeownership dream a reality. Whether you’re at the beginning of your homebuying journey or you’ve already taken steps along the path of Shared Ownership, you can get advice, tips and insights about the
process at both events.

What’s on at the London Home Show Autumn 2024?

Over 40 exhibitors, including the UK’s leading housing associations, conveyancing solicitors and mortgage advisors.

Over 20 live sessions covering three categories: housing, financial and legal. The housing category will include Share to Buy’s first-ever session, hosted by our Head of Brand & Content, Jade Turnstill.

A live episode recording of SO Resi’s ‘SO in the Know’ podcast, hosted by Sarah Ellis with a panel including a Censeo Financial mortgage broker and a solicitor.
